Short and Sweet

Short and sweet, just like moi. haha

Well, how did everyone enjoy their Wednesday?!?!  Tomorrow is Thursday, but technically I am considering it Friday because of the Easter Weekend, which means that tonight is Friday Eve!!!  So woop woop.

Can we just talk for a minute about my pre-dinner snack and how close I am to needing an intervention on these puffed, green, bundles of joy:

This Veggie Pirates Booty seriously has a choke hold on me right now!!!  Snacked on this, and an apple when I started work…

One of our glorious members was also nice enough to bring us an organic snack!  (so these people know me or what.)  I give you, a sesame seed encrusted, cashew, agave, joy filled blob of pure love:

Yummmmmmmmmmm-o.

Dinner was quick, and picked up earlier at Panera.  Got a nice whole grain bagel with Peanut Butter:

And some Oikos and strawberries:

The bagel needed something, and honey did the trick.

Sweet dinner was finished with a sweeter dessert.  Organic Sunspires (basically organic m&m’s) and dried pineapple lovin’

Told ya this one was going to be short and sweet.

With my job on Tuesday’s and Wednesday’s not starting until 4:00pm, I am not on the typical 9:00-5:00 shift that most of America is on.  In fact, on other days with my classes I am teaching my schedule is nuts.  My question is….do you have a typical 9-5(esque) schedule, or is it different?  How do you incorporate your workouts?

Beautimous.

That’s the current temperature/setting outside.  Absolutely gorgeous, and in the upper 60′s!!!  Sah-weet.

My day was jump started off to an early start with 6:00am Spin class.  We had 10 people!!!!  I was so excited.  I have been trying so hard to build up that new class, and it is hard being at a gym where I really don’t know anyone yet.  So much easier to have more energy when the bikes are full.  Can I get an instructor-leujah?

Snacked on this beastie pre class.  Omega-3 waffle with home made pumpkin butter (Thanks, Matt!)

Came home and made the classic.  Chia oats.

Topped with a glorious drizzle of Almond Butter, plus 2 TBSP of my Mocha Madness Trail Mix.  YUM!

I also stopped by Ingles on the way home to pick up some produce.

Yet again, I got the eye roll from the cashier complete with the “Well YOUUUUUU eat healthy.”  Bah.  I take it as a badge of honor and it really doesn’t bother me anymore.  Needless to say she was clueless when it came to ringing up the starfruit.  ”What IS this?!?!?!” followed by a gross look.  People are so weird!!!!  Why is healthy eating taboo????

Also, a mysterious event occurred early this morning.  The two pups were actually NEAR each other, and still enough to be photographed.  This photo is as elusive as a Bigfoot snapshot!

Does anyone else “name” their dog, but then call them 4,500 different names in differing voices?  The boxer is Oli, yet I always end up calling her:

  • Weirdo
  • Weird One
  • Weirdest of Weird
  • Weirdy.

Also the black pomeranian, Sam…becomes:

  • Biscuit
  • Booska
  • Wittle Wittle
  • Sum Sum
  • Criscuit

(Don’t even ask, lol)

Point it, do you have a “language”/voice for your dog?  Do you normally call them by name, or nickname?

I give you, the future of the blogging world:

Lunch was glorious, and since it was so pretty, Steph and I decided to walk down to Panera from the YMC-izzle.  The choice should be no surprise:

Half the Veggie Sammie on Honey Wheat….half Fuji Chicken Apple Salad…sans the chicken, yo.

Blogging outside, GaGa shades on, does it get much better?!?!  Enjoy this day, bloggies.  I am!

2 Buck Booty.

My fay-voh-rite snack, Pirate Booty was on sale at the Earth Feezy today for 2 bucks.  Is it sad that things like this not only MAKE my day, but prompt my blog title?!?!?!  If so, I completely embrace the pathetic-ness up front. ;-)

Firstly…lets back track.  Today was the first day of running in 3 weeks thanks to the bum knee, so Steph and I set out on our favorite 5 mile course!

She was totally enthused to have her picture taken, let me TELL you. hahahaha  She also wants the blog world to know that she isn’t completely pigeon toe’d as the picture would have you believe.

I, however, am always ready with some sort of cheesy pose.

Rocked the 5 miles at a slow and steady 9:00 pace.  My knee started hurting around mile 4, but I was stoked that I made it so long without pain!  Stretched a TON when we got done, and it feels back to normal!  Normally this knee pain is HARDCORE and lasts a while, so I was happy to not be feeling it shortly after.  I am hoping that means I am somewhat ok.

After the run it was time to replenish the carbs….pizza anyone?!

This place is so fun!

My choice was a no brainer.  Mega Veggie!  I got the smallest one (which was still giganohughnormous) so I could have leftovers for work later tonight:

My portion for lunch (x2)

See, she doesnt always have that odd look on her face:

Did I mention that the crust is my absolute FAVORITE part?!?!

After lunch we headed to the place that warms my heart:

Don’t you love that BESIDE the Earth Fare is a friggin’ Donut Shop?!?!  Irony at it’s finest.  I think Steph and I were most excited for the bulk fooded, of which we sampled muchly.

I didn’t even make it to the car before I tore into the bags:

I adore dried/unsweetened pineapples!!!  Check out the loot (including the 2 buck booty!)

I still have to make a fruit/veggie run tonight, but I got the basics while at the Feezy.  Look at these containers of joy!

Then headed to work where other employees decided it was random photoshoot time for the blog:

Can anyone name the booty in the background?!?!  She is mentioned frequently in the blog.

Melissssssaaaaah! :-)

Snackage was a yummy combo of Granola and Chobani:

And dinner was leftover pizza!

Which was even better cold, believe it or not.

And you know I couldnt go a night without saving an animal.  I mean come on…the butterfly was calling my name hardcore.

It was awful.  AWFUL.  ;-)   Ok………awful = gone instantly.  So much for “savoring” the chocolate.  I eat my food like some crazed lunatic, and then wonder where it went when it’s gone.

Well, another Tuesday gone.  Spin class is calling my name at 5:45am.  I am using a new CD, can’t wait to see what they think of it!

Do you exhibit crazy like behavior while grocery shopping like I do?!?!  Do you typically make lists, or just kind of go and grab?

Chocolate Winner!!!!

Yep.  We have a winner.  Read on to find out who it was!!!!  (And don’t just quickly scroll to the bottom you naughty bloggies.) ;-)

Sorry for the lack of update last night.  I went from Express Sculpt, right to a meeting, right to KidFit, right to Spin, and then right to Yoga.  Aye yae yae!  (I’m not entirely sure how to spell that phrase, but I am assuming it is at least somewhat correct.)

Moving onnnnnn.

Breakfast this morning WAS going to be:

These guys looked alot different than my normal oats:

I looked on the back, and these suckas take 25 minutes to cook…..FAIL!

I will have to cook these beauties when I have more time.  Went with the always classic standard:

Made my classic banana/chia base….and added some mixed dried berries, and a drizzle of AB on the top:

Yummmmmmmmmy.

Steph and I are going to run shortly…and this will be my first run since  the Florida Half!!!!  Darn you Physical Therapists and making Blogger Boys take off *3* weeks from running.  Ah well, my knee seems to be completely healed, so I guess he knew a thing or two.  ;-)  Also stopping by my happy place, aka Earth Feezy…and getting some lunch!  What a perfect day!

Wish me luck on the run, I am a nervous wreck about the ole knee.

Now…….lets remind ourselves of what the chocolate winner is going to receive:

3 oz. Bars:

1.4 oz. Bars:

Milk Chocolate Treats:

Can you say WOW?!?!?!?!

So who was it?!?!?!?

Hmmmm…..

Oh yea!!!

Lucky number 14……Ian!

Congrats, Ian!  Shoot me an email (Tramey1@gmail.com) with your shipping address, so I can send out this little box of joy!

Thanks so much to all that entered and especially all the cute animal pictures!!!  The folks at ESC were so thrilled with the participation and enthusiasm!!!

Well…off to tackle Tuesday head on starting with a run!  Have a great day bloggers!  Today involves alot of “me” time……my question to you is:

What do you do with your “me” time?  When do you get the most of it, and why is it important to you?

Chocolate Covered Strawberry Oats.

Oh yea, you heard me.  Get the drool rag out!

This was the classic chia-oat base:

  • 1 Nuked Nana (2 minutes in the microwave)
  • 2 TBSP Chia Seeds
  • 1 Cup Almond Milk
  • 1/2 Cup Oats

I drizzled on my favoriteeeeeee Maranatha Dark Chocolate Almond Spread, and added some diced strawberries to complete this oat masterpiece!

Does it *get* any better than this?!?!?!  Gosh…this was amazing.

My nice little pre-cursor to this was a total A.D.D. “workout” with Emily.  I use the term workout loosely because it mainly became a random photo shoot and lots of fun distractions:

(nice view from the Ellipticals!)

We were completely thrilled and energized to be there:

The fun continued downstairs:

We eventually left when we rain out of energy/photo shoot ideas.  ;-)

I then inhaled the delicious oatmeal, and napped with the pups.  Hard life, eh?

Headed for the YMCA for Express Sculpt…which turned into an all lower body day!

  • Side Squats w/ Band
  • Leg Lifts with 6/8 pound ankle weights
  • Pliet Squats with Stability Ball Overhead
  • Pliet Squarts with hand weight held down and tapping floor
  • Wall Squats w/ Stability Ball
  • Hip Ab/Adduction w/ band and bench (aka Baby Makers)

Sweat. Factory.  We killed lower body!  Next week is all upper body!  I really liked splitting it up this way and not trying to cram full body into 30 minutes.

It was most certainly time for lunch immediately…and Panera was so close, how could I resist?!?!  ;-)

Gotta love some good food, and good friends!

Time to head back to work for a meeting…then for KidFit…back for spin @ 5:30….and then Yoga @ 6:45.  Phew!!!

How are YOU working out today?!?!

Rahhhh, Rahhhh, Ooh Laa Laa!

Well, my first run back today went great.  Absolutely NO knee pain!!!  More in just a bit.

Since it is Sunday…it meant only one place for breakfast!

Cracker Bizzle!  Nothing like a big bowl of their oats (plus pecans and a sliced nana) and their lovely Bran Muffin.  Who says you can’t go somewhere like this and eat healthy?!  Met Heather there who is going to apply for our city’s version of Biggest Loser (I get to be the trainer..but not the mean kind.  ;-) )

She even brought a notebook to get all the information on applying, etc….talk about dedication already.  Heather, you are going to rock it girl!!!

Fast forward to lunch where I totally regressed back into my elementary days.

Almond Butter and Peach Jam sammie with a hugh jass apple, and some veggie stix.

Deeeeeee-licious.  Sometimes (or always) it is nice to embrace the inner child.

Dearest Sunday,

I love you because you are part of the weekend, but MUST you put me in misery with weather like this:

I swear that Garden Gnome keeps moving closer and closer to the door.  Which just HAPPENS to be right in front of MY room.  *shutter*  And why is he randomly doing the Nazi salute?!?!  A) Who makes these things and B) Why does my mother buy them?!?!?!

After lunch it was time to start prepping for my Running Program that I am coaching at my other gym.  This program gears participants for an annual 5K in the area, and is divided up into three groups.  Beginners, Intermediates, and Advanced.  I was stoked to finally be able to gear up in full running attire!

It was a smidge rainy, but I didn’t let that dampen my spirit.

I was nervous initially because this was my first run since my second Half Marathon, when my knee problem was at it’s roughest.  I completed the race, with a good time…but could barely walk when I finished.  I saw a Physical Therapist when I returned home, and we discovered that it was actually a weak left hip that was causing my knee issues.  Total bummer.  Could have been alot worse, though.  After giving me a strict regimen of hip strengthening exercises, and taking a whopping *3* weeks off from running….I was more than ready to get back into the swing of things.

I was with the beginner group today, and it was SO awesome to see all these people ready to learn how to run.  They were so excited, and a bit scared.  I think runners often times forget how intimidating running can truly be.  I remember when I first started running.  It seemed like this big impossible thing, that I was never going to be able to do, and especially not enjoy.  I remember breathing so hard that I literally thought a heart attack was imminent, and approaching at any second.  You just keep going though, adding on a bit each time.  Speeding it up, running longer…becoming stronger.  Running then somehow transforms from being this dreaded, hard, bad thing….into a therapeutic, enurance building, awesome ride.  I think if everyone knew the feeling of a good strong run, then 99.9% of the population would be running on a daily basis.  *THAT* is why I did this program.  To show these people how to turn it into a positive thing.

All that being said, I think the group did amazing today!  We had over 60 people with very little advertisement, so it is sure to grow!  We do group runs every week, and give our groups homework which they complete during their week on their own.  This can range anywhere from documenting runs, to cross training, etc.

I definitely got my workout in!  I would speed up and try and motivate the people in the front….then run back to the middle…and the back.  After doing this several times, I had worked up a nice sweat!  Boo yah.  Also, NO KNEE PAIN.  Granted, I certainly wasnt out there today to bust out records or even run at what would be considered my “normal” pace….but I did alot of running, and no pain.  I was/am elated.  PS, everyone in my group completed the full 3 miles today without stopping.  Rockstars I tell you, they are rockstars!!!  I cannot wait to help them see improvement over the next 6 weeks.

After the run, I was starving and in need of some veggies for dinner.  Stopped by the store on the way home to try and get inspired, and decided to go for a pasta dish!

Sautéed some veggies in a pan with a tablespoon of oil, and some salt/pepper:

Once they were good and soft, I added some broccoli and spinach to the party:

Combined it with what is now my official favorite spice:

This “spiked” it up (ba dum chiiiiiiii) when I added the pasta.  Transfer to your favorite dish…and perfection!

Mmmmmmm. Passssstaahhhh.

Sam was eyeballing the pasta as I inhaled it.  Jealous pup?!?!?!  Yes…he got a bite.

On that note….the weekend is over.  How does it always happen so fast?!

Two positive notes to end the weekend on:

A) You still have 4.5 hours left to enter the Endangered Species Chocolate Giveaway that I am hosting.  Full rules/information can be found HERE!

B) Guess whose birthhhhhhday it is?!?!?!?

Raaaaaah, Raaaaaaah, ooh la laaaaaaa!  It’s GaGa’s BIRTHDAY!!!! Gina had to remind me, does that make me a bad superfan?!

Here is a nice megamix of three songs, JUST to get you in the GaGa spirit.

Happy Birthday, GaGa!!!!!  This Blogger Boy heartttttts you.  You always leave my class in sweaty messes, groaning in what is sometimes audible exertions of pain, and for that…I thank you.  ;-)

Namaste!!!

Totally got my Yoga on black light style tonight….more in a bit.

When last we left this blogger boy had completed 2 amaaaaazing classes and worked up an appetite fit for an Oxen.  Lunch was partially assembled earlier, and then consumed at work!  Time for a cereal bowl!

Started with a diced mango/pear, and then added Greek Yogurt/Almond Butter/Cereal/Goji Berries….turned into a nice little parfait before I smashed it into a mixed oblivion of goodness.

And in the literal blink of an eye…..

Waste not, want not…eh?

Snackage at work also included an unpictured Larabar which I later found on sale at TJMaxx for .70 cents!!!! (They had both PB&J and Cashew Cookie!  I think between us both we bought about 25!)  What?!?!?!  I am pretty sure upon this discovery both Ashlei and I screamed like the teenage girls that we are.  She came to visit me today at work AND brought us dinner!  Score.  Speaking of which, who wants some Indian goodness?!?!

I’m not even going to attempt to name the dishes.  One was a lentil dish (Gina recomended!) and a multi-vegie dish.  Both of which were fannnnnn-tastic.

Perfect pre-yoga dinner!  Thanks, Ash!  ;-)

After work we jogged through TJMaxx where the on sale-Larabar rampage occured…and then headed to BLACK LIGHT YOGA!!!  So much fun!  Even Kimmie joined us!

Ashlei knew all the complicated poses.  ;-)

While I stuck with the basics.  ;-)

Great night!!!!  It totally made me remember how much I adore Yoga!  I am completely committed now to add it to my weekly regime, and include it on Mondays and Saturdays at the YMCA!

Ashlei also brought me a ton of homemade goodies which I will be blogging about soon, can’t wait.  So nice to have another foodie so near!  Good times, I tell ya.

Did I mention there is only *1* full day left to enter the FREE CHOCOLATE giveaway?!?!  Eat some chocolate….save an animal.  What more do you need.  Go here for more information, it is so easy to enter!  A winner will be chosen tomorrow night at midnight (EST)

What is/are your favorite class(es) to take at the gym?  Would you say you follow a routine when it comes to your workouts, are do they tend to be somewhat sporadic?

Have a great Sunday tomorrow everyone, Namaste. ;-)

Cracker Barrel date with Heather tomorrow morning, and then I get to start my running program in Johnson City.  I am a mentor runner who helps people train for their first 5K, I cannot wait!  So stoked.

Weekend Warrior(s)!

Sheesh.  I am officially tar’d.  Yep, in Tennessee we roll like that and say “tar-ed” for tired…I embrace my inner redneck most times.

Last night was full of fun times, when I finally got to see my Maggie!!!  It was time for an Indian Feast.

Not only Indian….but fine AND exotic.  Boo yah.  What they mean by that is flaming food!

We got two things to share to get the full experience.  ;-)

Aloo Gobi Masala and Chana Masala.

We also had a delicious little appetizer bread/dippage combo:

Gina, I thought about you the whole time.  When are you coming to Tennessee to help me try this stuff?!?!

Glorious!

Even more glorious was the caffeine buzz afterwards:

You will be seeing alot of iced coffee’s over the next few months, so go ahead and prepare yourself mentally.  I will try to spice up the shots so it doesn’t get boring.  Look how the pastries tempt me!  I was able to hold off.

Ended the night at Applebees for some hilarious adventures.  Fun times!  No food = no pictures.  Plus everyone might have thought I was slightly bonkers.

Fast forward to the morning.  Teaching both Weekend Warrior (crazy 70 minute cardio/weight class) plus Spin = intense breakfast was needed.  Headed over to my second home/family for some pancakes!

Packed up all the fixings for a perfect pancake breakfast.

Random toppings = marvelous cakes.

Look, they even have a little begger of their own!  Meet Marley:

Is he not?!?!?!?!?!?!

Now back to the yum.

Who needs syrup when you have Almond Butter?!

Perfect fuel for Weekend Warrior and Spin!  As soon as we ate, we packed up and headed to the Y!

Aweeeeeeesome classes today.  Weekend Warrior kicked booty today, and spin was full and sweaty.  Perfection.

Afterwards the Weekend Warriors (hardy har har) and I went to the bizzle where I got the normal.  (see….two in the same post, I am telling you guys…its only going to get worse as it gets warmer.)

Clif Kid was inhaled in a post workout frenzy.  The Warriors in action! (and by action I mean melted onto a comfy Starbucks couch)

You only have today and tomorrow to enter HERE for free chocolate, from our friends at Endangered Species Chocolate!  Check it out, and get that entry in!!!!

Bieber-niac.

Good afternoon my little bloggin’ buddies.

It’s Friiiiiiiddddaaaaaaayyyyyy!  Anyone else excited?!?!

My day started in typical Friday fashion, with the horrific noise of the alarm clock @ 5:00am.  *shutter*

Look, even blog boys can have bad hair days!

Pardon the disgusting mirror and/or the bags under my eyes.  It was 5am, ok?!?!?!  ;-)

We.  Kicked.  Butt.  This.  Morning.

Full spin class + new CD (with Bieber lovin’) yielded a sweat factory!  It was seriously one of the most intense CD’s ever, I think because there were alot of standing sprints, thanks to Paramore.  They are always good for a sprint song, whenever you need one…….or eleven.  ;-)

Also, can I just say that I was so thankful to have spin this morning, because my legs are sooooooore.  That rarely ever happens, but working out lower body yesterday morning, then KILLING it last night in HIIT provided me with the worlds tightest hamstrings, and some achey quads.  Spin did the trick though.

Munched on this en route to the gym…but honestly, didn’t even make it to the front door it was gone so fast.

Maranatha Dark Chocolate Spread (aka FROSTING, right Ashlei?!)  Which was smeared on an Omega 3 waffle:

Divine.

Had a nice sweat session at the gym, then headed back and was extremely lazy with the pups.  Oatmeal was in order, and was the classic chia standby!  This time I spiced things up by adding some dried kiwi.

I’m telling you.  Nuke a banana for two minutes in the microwave, THEN cook it in the oats.  Whomg.  Seriously yah-mazing.  Makes it so thick and creamy!

I went to my second meeting today about doing a “Biggest Loser” style program that our city is doing this year.  It will tie in with one of our biggest races, The “Crazy 8′s” 8K, and will take place eight weeks prior to the race.  I get to be the trainer for the teams!!!  I am so excited.  Never in a million years did I think I would ever be a “trainer”!!!  Especially when I was tipping the ole scales at 318!!!!  Hopefully I can motivate some people into changing their lifestyle!  I will have more info very soon, and will even be creating a seperate blog for program, which has officially been named “Eight to the Eight’s”  We start the application process soon, and are meeting with local tv/radio/newspaper to start advertising.  It’s going to be very exciting!!!!

After that meeting I met the Padre for lunch at Salsaritas:

Everyday there is a “special” and today it was pizza!

How can I resist a Friday-themed meal?!?!  C’mon.

Started with a whole grain tortilla:

Then added a mountain of glee which included:

  • Refried Bean Base
  • Tomatoes
  • Lettuce
  • Black Beans
  • Cheese
  • Zucchini/Onions/Squash

I was able to somehow resist the chips.  Barely!  ;-)

Needed a buzz to keep me going….it was the standard venti iced coffee with skim mizzie.

Also, at Target I saw an entire BIN of my favorite candy.  I had to restrain myself so I wouldn’t just start opening/eating all of these directly in the middle of the store:

This was like an alcoholic being taken to a booze themed Amusement Park!

Picked up a new and tasty cereal from Target which was quickly munched on for snackage:

Made a simple little parfait with caramel Oikos, and some strawberries:

Cinnamon, anyone?!?! haha

That being said…..time to go enjoy some Friday goodness.  Have a great one!!!!!

Indian feast tonight with Maggie!  So stoked, I have missed that little gal.  I have my marching orders from Fitnessita to try a lentil or chickpea dish….I also spotted one last time that was cauliflower based that I might try.  Any other Indian suggestions?!?!

Guys.  There are only *2* days left to win free Endangered Species Chocolate!!!!  Get your entry in there!!!  Closes Sunday @ midnight.

PS I think I have literally become a Middle Schooler again.  With both the Justin Bieber love going on, and my new found obsession:

I am ready for braces, awkward dates, and roller skating to 90′s music.  What can I say, I am embracing my inner tween.

I can smell Friday!!!!

It’s so close!!!!!

We left last off with me on an extremely jittery caffeine rush that actually turned out to be quite the productive afternoon.  What can I say, the coffee makes things happen.  I didn’t even nap!!!!  It must be the apocalypse!    Had a bangin’ snack while being productive and waiting for lunch:

Nice red pear plus my new obsession, Oikos style…CARMEL Greek Yogurt.  Whoooooa-mgah.

Cinnamon on top, made the perfect fruit dip.

Mmmmmm.

Finished my new spin playlist (see my last post for the new ideas I was tossing around) and in the meantime started thinking about lunch which eventually became a jumble of deliciousness!

Gardenburger with provolone and spinach….Veggie Booty (aka CRACK COCAINE) and some Brocc/Jalapeno Hummus.

Yum times.

I don’t know what it is specifically that makes the Veggie Pirate Booty so effing amazing, but I am telling you.  If I knew some foreign government secret, and was being held hostage…one bag of these little cuties waved in front of my face would have me squealin’ faster than a pig headin’ for the bacon shop!  Word.

Snack on the way to my classes (Kid Fit/Total Body HIIT) was slightly boring, but kept the doctor away:

And then jazzed myself up for Total Body HIIT with some magical beans…

Tonight.  Kicked.  My.  Butt.

I’m not sure if it was the fact that the gym felt like it was slightly warmer than Hades, or that I had already killed lower body this morning, but good NIGHT, it was a doozy.  Fun times though!

Gotta love the squats.

Even better when we step on/off the bench in low pulses.  Muhahahaha

Quick…raise your hands if you heart Tyler.

Aren’t they sweet.  ;-)

Best part was, Ashlei came!!!!!!

Ignore the fact that we are Sweatasaurus’.  She also came baring gifts of home made RAW onion bread, and raw-nola!  Am I lucky, or what?!?! ;-)

Rushed home as fast as I could and yet again just threw some random items together for dinner.  Started with an egg puff, fitnessista style…

1 egg…nutritional yeast (nooch!), red pepper flakes, all nuked for two minutes.

Topped it with provolone, and put that bad boy on a whole grain English Muffin!

The monkey on the plate wanted the sammie.

Also steamed some broccoli, and added salsa/Greek Yogurt, and some carrots and Jalapeno Hummus! (current obsesssssion)

Shew.  What a day.  I love that it started and ended in the gym!  Good times!

Tomorrow is FRIDAY!!!! So stoked.  I have spin at 5:45am (new cd-izzle, so stoked…I love maiden voyages!) and then a meeting at 11:00 about our city’s version of Biggest Loser….it is getting very exciting people!  I get to be Bob…how friggin awesome is that?!?!  Well, as Bob-esque as I can be, haha.

I leave you with a hilarious Justin Bieber parody.  Goodnight.

Remember…there are still 3 days left to enter for FREE Endangered Species Chocolate. Check it out HERE! Free chocolate…save some animals…it’s pretty much win/win.  Why haven’t you entered yet?!?!
